Positions available - Full Time day with Occasional Nights: 40 hour working week, this includes working weekends and Bank Holidays, you will be required to work occasional nights to cover sickness or holiday, where you work Bank Holidays you will receive double pay and toil, weekends worked you receive time off in lieu. Working hours are between 7am and 9.30pm. There is no on call as we have dedicated Night Nurses.

Permanent position for an RVN that wishes to work weekends. Hours of work 12.30pm to 9.30pm both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend, you will be working alongside another nurse, an Intern and a senior clinician on a Saturday. Minimal reception duties, responsible for care of in-patients, Emergencies and general nursing duties. No on call.

VRCC Veterinary Referrals is seeking a small animal surgeon to join its team of specialists in oncology, radiation oncology, surgery, internal medicine, neurology, diagnostic imaging and anaesthesia.

Candidates must be MRCVS or have a veterinary degree enabling registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS). They should either hold a Diploma in Small Animal Surgery (RCVS, ECVS or ACVS) or should be eligible to become board-certified. The ideal candidate should be keen to do both soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, but with a special interest in orthopaedics in order to help us develop our orthopaedic case load.

VRCC is a 24/7 referrals-only centre dedicated to providing the highest standards of patient care. Equipment includes a Linear Accelerator (LINAC), multi-slice CT scanner, fully equipped surgical suites, rigid and flexible endoscopy.

VRCC is located east of London, in Essex. The centre is only a 30 minute train journey away from central London and all that this buzzing city has to offer. Southend, Stansted and London City airports, as well as Ebbsfleet International Eurostar station are all within a 30 minute drive, offering easy international connections.
