    What our Pet Owners say

    • Rufus, my ten year old Newfoundland has been referred to the VRCC on numerous occasions over the last five years. He has been unlucky enough to have various conditions including ear canal removal, reoccurring pseudomonas infection, pancreatitis, lung tumour (cancer) removal, lung removal and gastric dilatation volvulus (bloat). He has always received excellent treatment, with each condition and treatment options being fully explained before any procedures have taken place, including emergency procedures. He has often had to spend days and even weeks at a time as an inpatient. He has been expertly cared for as if he was their own pet, by all the vets and nurses and does not appear to be stressed whilst in there. One year when it was his birthday, one of the nurses even sang Happy Birthday to him! I cannot recommend the VRCC highly enough, as I honestly believe that without the expert knowledge, surgery and care he has received, he would not be with me today.

    • Elvis attended the VRCC in February to have his paw tumour removed. Our own vets were unable to do the surgery, as it was in a difficult location with lots of tendons, and so referred us to the VRCC. The care Elvis received was second to none and well worth every penny. The care, expertise, professionalism and communication shown by James and the team was exemplary. At 11 years of age Elvis has now got a new lease of life and we are so grateful to the team at VRCC for making it happen. We've got our boy back! Thank you from Nicola and Matt, Wadhurst, East Sussex

    • VRCC...Experts, professional, supportive, friendly, caring...and from Tehya, our Golden Retrievers view , fun. If anyone can give hope and recovery it's all at VRCC. Our relationship with them has been excellent and their communication through difficult time was brilliant and still remains so. Tehya's check up visits say it all....she treats it like her second home among family.

    • When our little terrier, Lady was diagnosed with cancer in her jaw we were both devastated and scared. When we were referred to VRCC we quickly realised we were in good hands. Their care and support for both us and Lady was wonderful. She received a course of Radiotherapy which helped to make her much more comfortable and she was able to enjoy life again. Thank you to all the staff at VRCC - we really don't know how we would have coped without you
